Project Size & Scope

The CTE Complex consists of approximately 36,000 square feet of new construction, delivered across three separate buildings on the college campus. The project also includes a fire pump house supporting the complex and an expansive exterior training yard with covered structures.

Dexore is currently supporting the construction of The Rink Sports Pavilion – Phase II, a major public recreation project for the City of Santa Clarita. The project includes a new sports complex building along with site improvements, hardscape, landscape, and utilities work.

Phase I included demolition, grading, and utilities. Phase II is the primary construction effort currently underway.

Our Fire Sprinkler Division is responsible for installing code-compliant fire sprinkler and life-safety systems in coordination with the overall construction schedule, inspections, and approval requirements.

Our scope includes:

  • Fire sprinkler system installation
  • Coordination with the general contractor and project team
  • Compliance with approved plans and AHJ requirements
  • Inspection-ready execution and documentation

Work is ongoing and coordinated alongside framing, utilities, and other building systems to support timely approvals and project progress.

Dexore’s Fire Sprinkler Division is responsible for the design, coordination, and installation of the fire protection system in accordance with approved plans and applicable codes.

Our scope includes:

  • Fire sprinkler system installation
  • Seismically braced mains and branch lines
  • Coordination of plans, hydraulic calculations, permits, and inspections
  • Installation of upright, concealed, and semi-concealed sprinkler heads
  • Hydrostatic testing of the fire sprinkler system
  • Coordination meetings and clash resolution as required
  • Inspection-ready execution and documentation

All work is being performed in accordance with NFPA 13 (2023) and project specifications.

Our scope includes:

  • Fire sprinkler system installation

  • Permit and inspection coordination with the Authority Having Jurisdiction
  • Installation of seismically braced mains and branch lines
